In order to make this a reality, we need to display to the building owners that we have interest in at least 50% of the studio spaces. We are hoping to gather information from those that are definitely interested in signing a lease in 2025, provided everything works out with the amount of interest, fundraising, and build out. The goal of Industrial Street Studios is to provide a communal workspace for artists and makers with individual, semi-private work stalls. We hope to run the space as a cooperative, where all lessees are able to play a role in decision making, financial profits, and future goals. This collaborative model will not only enhance the creative experience but also build a supportive network of like-minded individuals.
